All Scadutree Fragment locations in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree (2024)

Scadutree Fragments are bolstering materials in Elden Ring that improve your Scadutree Blessing, which affects how much damage you deal and negate in Shadow of the Erdtree.

Scadutree Fragments function similarly to Golden Seeds and Sacred Tears in that you’ll find them around the map and use them at sites of grace. There are 50 Scadutree Fragments in Shadow of the Erdtree, and tracking them all down can be a little difficult, but there are a few landmarks and enemies to look out for to make your search easier.

In this Elden Ring guide, we’ll show you where to find all Scadutree Fragments and list the locations of every Scadutree Fragment.

Where to find Scadutree Fragments in Elden Ring DLC

There are two landmarks that you should keep an eye out for when you’re looking for Scadutree Fragments: Miquella’s Crosses (left in the above graphic) and Statues of Marika (right). Miquella’s Crosses are typically located beside sites of grace so they’re aso a good indicator for a spot where you can rest and restock on your flasks. Statues of Marika are a bit more random, but you’re certain to find one in a church.

In addition, there are two enemies you should look for during your exploration — Shadow Undeads holding a sparkling pot (left in the above graphic) and Golden Hippopotamuses (right).

If you ever notice a lot of Shadow Undeads in an area, there is a good chance that there is one holding a sparkling pot nearby. If one of these potfriends don’t drop a Scadutree Fragment, they will drop another valuable item like a Revered Spirit Ash. Golden Hippopotamuses, meanwhile, are a bit more troublesome and hard to come by than your average Shadow Undead, but they’re guaranteed to drop a Scadutree Fragment.

Of course, these aren’t the only ways you can find Scadutree Fragments, which can be just about anywhere, but hopefully these landmarks and enemies will help you get stronger in the Realm of Shadow.

Gravesite Plains Scadutree Fragment locations

Here are all of the Scadutree Fragments in the Gravesite Plains:

1. Head east from the Shadow of the Erdtree starting location to find two Scadutree Fragments in the Church of Consolation.
2. Travel to the east of the Scorched Ruins and defeat the Shadow Undead holding a pot.
3. Located at the Three-Path Cross Site of Grace.
4. Located at the Main Gate Cross Site of Grace.
5. From the Main Gate Cross Site of Grace, turn to the southeast, go through the tunnel, then immediately left to find a rocky trail leading upwards. Follow the path to find the Cliffroad Terminus Site of Grace, and go southwest to find a Shadow Undead with a pot.
6. Before entering the room with the two Spider Scorpions from the lower level in Belurat, turn around to find some rubble on your left. Climb over it to find an entryway (jump scare warning) and go inside to find a Miquella’s Cross.
7. In front of the Statue of Marika at the encampment beside the Castle Front Site of Grace in Castle Ensis.
8. Beside the Pillar Path Cross Site of Grace where you’ll find Thiollier.
9. Next to the Miquella’s Cross at the Castle Ensis Checkpoint Site of Grace.
10. Next to the Miquella’s Cross at the Spiral Rise Site of Grace.
11. From the Spiral Rise Site of Grace, head east and hug the left side of the stairs to find a room containing the Inquisitor Ashes. As you’re exiting the room, turn to the right and drop onto the stairs. Head into the gazebo and drop onto the path below you. Drop down to the path below again and continue along the path until you can jump to the next building. Go around the left side of the building and drop onto the path below. Head down the stairs and prepare to jump into the window to the south. Follow the path to find the fragment in front of a draped statue.
12. After defeating the grave birds near the Spiral Rise Site of Grace, continue up to the top of the stairs to find a room containing an altar.
13. Found at the Cleansing Chamber Anteroom Site of Grace.

Scadu Atlus Scadutree Fragments locations

Here are all of the Scadutree Fragments in the Scadu Atlus region:

1. Found at the Highroad Cross Site of Grace.
2. Head inside the Church of the Crusade to receive two Scadutree Fragments.
3. Located beside a Statue of Marika near the encampment in front of the Shadow Keep.
4. Beside the Statue of Marika at the encampment to the west of the Moorth Ruins Site of Grace.
5. Beside the Miquella’s Cross at the Moorth Ruins Site of Grace.
6. Dropped by a shadow undead holding a pot hiding behind a building on the eastern side of the Moorth Ruins.
7. Take the spiritspring up and head up the hill to find the fragment beside the Scaduview Site of Grace.
8. Found in front of a Statue of Marika on the northern side of the shallow water.
9. Defeat the Golden Hippopotamus boss inside the Shadow Keep legacy dungeon to receive two Scadutree Fragments.
10. Beside the Storehouse, Fourth Floor Site of Grace in the Specimen Storehouse.
11. Head up to the eighth floor of the Specimen Storehouse, and defeat the fire knight blocking the black door. Enter to find a fragment in front of a Statue of Marika.
12. Found on top of the Statue of Marika in the Shadow Keep Church District.
13. In front of the Statue of Marika by the Shadow Keep, Back Gate Site of Grace.
14. After you defeat the boss near the Shadow Keep, Back Gate Site of Grace, follow the new pathway to find five Scadutree Fragments by the Scadutree Chalice.
15. Found at the bottom of the first waterfall after the Ruins of Unte.
16. Defeat the two Lesser Golden Hippopotamuses.

Southern Shores Scadutree Fragments locations

Here are all of the Scadutree Fragments in the Southern Shores:

1. Found at the Cerulean Coast Site of Grace.
2. Found on a corpse inside of a small cave with a demi-human chief.
3. Found beside Miquella’s Cross by the Fissure Cross Site of Grace.
4. Defeat the Lesser Golden Hippopotamus in Charo’s Hidden Grave.

Jagged Peaks Scadutree Fragment locations

Here are all of the Scadutree Fragments in the Jagged Peaks:

1. During the rolling stone boulder sequence, you’ll find a fragment at the top of the hill.

Rauh Ruins Scadutree Fragments locations

Here are all of the Scadutree Fragments in the Rauh Ruins:

1. Located on a corpse hanging off of the upper floor of the Temple Town Ruins.
2. Defeat the Lesser Golden Hippopotamus.
3. After you drop down onto the first spiritspring inside of the ruins, jump up the spiritspring to the southeast to find another shadow undead holding a pot.
4. Found beside Miquella’s Cross at the Rauh Ancient Ruins, East Site of Grace.
5. From the Rauh Ancient Ruins, West Site of Grace, enter the ruins and head up the stairs to find large room. Continue northwest to find an altar with a fragment in front of it.

Abyssal Woods Scadutree Fragments locations

Here are all of the Scadutree Fragments in the Abyssal Woods:

1. Head inside the Abandoned Church to find two Scadutree Fragments in front of the statue.
2. From the Abyssal Woods Site of Grace, follow the path to the north to find another Scadutree Fragment.
